Are there community guidelines when it concerns my fence?

The community does have fence guidelines that each home owner must comply with. The fencing style established for the subdivision consists of wood screen fencing which must be consistent in design and colour. For full details, please refer to Appendix ‘A’ of the architectural controls document.

Are there landscape requirements in the community?

It is the responsibility of the homeowner to landscape the front yard. In the case of corner lots, the front yard shall include the flanking side yard to the sidewalk, curb or boulevard and to the rear corner of the house. The primary objective of the landscape requirements is to achieve greenery in all front yards. Alternate materials to sod will not be permitted. Rock and bark mulch must be restricted to tree and shrub beds. For full details on the requirements, please refer to the architectural controls document.

Are there lots available within the community that the public can purchase?

Currently Brookfield Residential does not offer any lots to be purchased directly by the public. Lots must be purchased through a builder within the community of Solstice at McConachie.

How hard is it to get around the city from the community?

Solstice is conveniently located just minutes from Manning Freeway, Yellowhead Trail and the Anthony Henday, and is only a 20 minute drive to Edmonton’s city centre or West Edmonton Mall. Running errands, commuting to work or spending a night out on the town is effortless.

How do I get to Solstice at McConachie?

What hours are the showhomes open?

The showhomes are conveniently open Mondays through Thursdays from 2 - 8 pm, closed on Fridays and open 12 - 5 pm on Saturday & Sunday.
