Paisley at Heritage Valley was named after one of Edmonton’s most inspirational and imaginative citizens. Brian Paisley, the founder of Edmonton’s internationally renowned Fringe Festival, was never one for conventional thinking. How easy is it to get around the city from the community?

Paisley is conveniently located at 141 St. and Paisley Rd. SW, just north of 28 Ave. and just minutes from Ellerslie Rd. and the Anthony Henday. Several amenities are only minutes away, such as South Edmonton Common and The Currents at Windermere. It’s also only a 20 min. drive to Edmonton’s City Centre or West Edmonton Mall, making running errands, commutes to work or spending a night out on the town effortless.

How do I get to Paisley?

Paisley is easy to get to. Take the Anthony Henday to Rabbit Hill Rd., exit south, turn left onto Ellerslie Rd., then right on 141 St. SW. Alternatively, you can exit Anthony Henday on 111 St. SW, turn right onto Ellerslie Rd., then right onto 141 St. SW.

What hours are the show homes open?

Monday - Thursday: 2 – 8pm

Friday: Closed (Brookfield Residential is open 12 - 5pm)

Weekends & Holidays: 12 – 5pm

Is there a Home Owner or Residents' Association for the community? If so, what are the fees?

There is currently no Home Owner or Residents’ Association for the community of Paisley.

Are there community guidelines when it concerns my fence?

The community does have fence guidelines that each homeowner must comply with. The fencing style established for the subdivision consists of wood screen fencing that must be consistent in design and colour. For full details, please refer to Appendix ‘A’ of the architectural guidelines.

Are there landscape requirements in the community?

It is the responsibility of the homeowner to landscape the front yard. In the case of corner lots, the front yard shall include the flanking side yard to the sidewalk, curb or boulevard and to the rear corner of the house.

The primary objective of the landscape requirements is to enforce the innovative design of the homes and express the unique style of personality of the resident.

Are there lots available within the community that the public can purchase?

Currently Brookfield Residential does not offer any lots that may be purchased directly by the public. Lots must be purchased through a builder within the community of Paisley.
