There is an exciting new pilot coming to the Chappelle Gardens community that is a safer, more energy efficient and a more effective mode of transportation. Edmontonians will get to be some of the first in Western Canada to try out the Electric Autonomous Shuttle (ELA) and provide their feedback.
The ELA is 100 percent autonomous and is powered by electricity. It is a highly accessible transportation option with a built-in access ramp for mobility challenged passengers. One of the best parts, is it requires no additional infrastructure and can operate on existing roadways.
Your opportunity to ride ELA in Chappelle Gardens is October 17 to 21.
