Are there communities guidelines when it concerns my fence?
  1. The community does have fence guidelines that each home owner must comply with. The fencing style established for the subdivision consists of wood screen fencing which must be consistent in design and colour. For full details, please refer to the architectural controls document.
Are there landscape requirements in the community?

It is the responsibility of the homeowner to landscape the front yard. In the case of corner lots, the front yard shall include the flanking side yard to the sidewalk, curb or boulevard and to the rear corner of the house.

The primary objective of the landscape requirements is to achieve greenery in all front yards. Alternate materials to sod will not be permitted. Rock and bark mulch must be restricted to tree and shrub beds.

Are there lots available within the community that the public can purchase?

Currently Brookfield Residential does not offer any lots to be purchased directly by the public. Lots must be purchased through a builder within the community of Chappelle Gardens.

How easy is it to get around the city from the community?

Chappelle Gardens’ southwest location is close to schools, shopping centres, entertainment and recreational facilities. It is minutes from the Anthony Henday Drive, providing quick access to anywhere in the city. Running errands, commuting to work or spending a night out on the town is effortless.

How do I get to Chappelle Gardens?

Chappelle Gardens can be easily discovered by taking the Anthony Henday to the Rabbit Hill Road exit south, turning left on Ellerslie Road and taking a right at 141 Street. You will reach the community entrance on 28 Ave. For more information, please view the community map here.

What hours are the show homes open?

The show homes are conveniently open Mondays through Thursdays from 2-8pm, closed on Fridays and open 12-5 pm on Weekends. Brookfield Residential is also open on Friday from 12-5 pm.
