For those who want to do more with their neighbours

Chinook Gate’s HOA provides a variety of resources and recreational opportunities designed to help your family connect with your neighbours. The 2018-19 annual fees are $0*. HOA fees will be applicable to all homes in Chinook Gate when the enhanced maintenance program begins. Fees will be approximately $75/year. Fees will be reviewed and established annually by your Board of Directors and will be due April 1st each year. A fee notice will be sent to you in early March each year. *Fiscal year runs April 1st to March 31st.

Fees pay for the following:
• enhanced landscaping and community details
• seasonal enhancements (flowers, lighting and more)
