This stage is all about appointments: three of them, all of which can take up to two hours. During these appointments you’ll get the financial essentials ironed out, though you’ll take care of the actual financing separately.
Depending on the stage of construction, and the type of home you’re buying, here’s where you’ll get to make choices about the types of finishes on the inside and outside of your house.
This stage might overlap with stage two in some ways, since your home may already be under construction, or we may be starting right from scratch. We know you’re curious about how it’s all coming together, so we’ll give you several opportunities to see your home up close as it’s being built.
Around six weeks after you move it, we’ll join you for another walk-through. Here’s your chance to go over any outstanding issues or flag new ones. We'll make sure it's perfect for you.
Your new home is covered by: a one-year Builder Warranty on workmanship and material, a two-year warranty on delivery and distribution systems, a five or seven-year warranty on the building envelope and a 10-year structural warranty.
